We were accused of being greedy for even wanting a refund. We tried contacting them over and over again but the title person is always out of the office. ”

“ ***UPDATE BELOW*** They were all helpful and friendly. Jonnie helped me immensely with the vehicles I was looking into. She answered all my questions thoroughly about the cars I test-drove. Once I chose the Rav4 Hybrid, she explained all the features of my vehicle very well. She was patient with all my questions. Stephen also helped me immensely with questions I had about my loan with my bank. He explained the process of how it would work with my bank and what I would need to do. Terry was very informative about the extra services I could add. He did not try to sway me or anything to get certain services. He was upfront about the advantages and disadvantages. He thoroughly answered my questions well. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle, whether new or used, from them. I have already recommended them to some of my friends whenever they plan to buy a new car. ***UPDATE*** So apparently there is feature that my car is supposed to have when I first got it that I can connect my phone to my car however it has never worked. The SOS button also does not work which is connected to the same problem. I only found out because a friend of mine told me I should be able to connect to my car. I took it to this dealership (keep in mind that I live TWO hours away from this dealership) and they said to call Toyota. I called Toyota and told me that the dealership is supposed to fix it. I took it back to them again (two-hour drive one way) and they said they could not fix it and they will call around to find out. They PROMISED that they will fix this and after calling around, they will call me the next day. After over a week of not hearing from them, I called them to get an update. They told me they have not heard of me before, but that they will call around to find out more to help. That was over a week ago again. I DO NOT recommend this place. I will not be going back for any services or anything. I will be going to another dealership for help as Capital City Toyota in Pierre, SD does NOT keep their promises. ”
