Once I chose the Rav4 Hybrid, she explained all the features of my vehicle very well. She was patient with all my questions. Stephen also helped me immensely with questions I had about my loan with my bank. He explained the process of how it would work with my bank and what I would need to do. Terry was very informative about the extra services I could add. He did not try to sway me or anything to get certain services. He was upfront about the advantages and disadvantages. He thoroughly answered my questions well. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle, whether new or used, from them. I have already recommended them to some of my friends whenever they plan to buy a new car.

The gentlemen at the service desk are outstanding! My only comment is repeatedly the service tech does not pay attention to the details - i,e, tire pressure, leaving plastic/paper on the seats, not resetting vehicle notifications. Not a big thing except I hope they pay attention to details when they service the vehicle.
